Rajiv Dixit- An unsung hero of India

-Shubham Verma

He was a great crusader of swadeshi in India. He was born in Allahabad. He did his M. Tech and worked as a scientist for few time then he realized that there are lot of problems in our country that needs to be solved. He left his golden career and started working for India.[i] He read hundreds of books to understand India and its problems. Meanwhile, he worked with ‘Azadi Bachao Andolan’ and promoted the idea of swadeshi with his powerful lectures. During that time he met with Gandhian Prof. Dharmpal who had spent his complete life in British libraries in reading books and files related to History of India and atrocities of British in India. Prof. Dharampal adopted Rajiv Dixit as his student after listening to his lectures. Rajiv Dixit spent several years with Prof. Dharampal in Gandhi Ashram, Sewagram. He learned about problems of India and Multinational conspiracies etc. After learning all this he roams all over India and gave several lectures on Swadeshi. He wrote several articles and books on swadeshi which he distributed throughout the country during his lectures. He motivated thousands of Indian youth to work for the nation and he has given an indigenous narrative of Indian policies on Education system, Indian economy and law reforms.  Later, he joined Swami ramdev and founded ‘Bharat Swabhiman’ trust with Swami Ramdev to make impact on Indian policies and make India self dependent country. He started promoting ‘Bharat Swabhiman’ as a strong movement. Within a short span of time, he influenced millions of people in India who joined this organization with him. His lectures become viral on Social media. ‘Astha’ and ‘Sanskar’ channel started telecasting his lectures every day. His lectures were very well articulated and validated with facts, so the large number of youth started following him. But, On 30 November 2010, he passed away in some suspicious conditions in Chattisgarh. There are some speculations that he was killed by Multinationals because he was talking constantly against them, but on records, it is written that he dies because of heart attack. Whatever might be the reason behind his death, but Mother-India lost one precious son. Still, thousands of Indian youth are following his lectures in Youtube and Internet. This article is a tribute to Late Rajiv Dixit who worked a lot for India but still unknown to many people. Salute to this unsung hero.
